IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE
⚠️ This is a press-on pulley only. Some versions of the 200, 300, and 400 series machines were manufactured with motor pulleys that require a set screw for attachment. This press-on pulley is held in place by friction fit and will NOT interchange with set-screw style pulleys.
HOW TO VERIFY COMPATIBILITY
✓ Measure your motor shaft diameter - must be 4.7mm ✓ Check your existing pulley - it should have NO set screw hole ✓ Press-on pulleys rely on a tight friction fit to stay in place
INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: This pulley requires pressing or tapping onto the motor shaft with firm pressure. It will NOT slide on by hand - this is normal and necessary for proper function. The tight friction fit ensures the pulley stays securely in place and prevents slippage during operation.
Installation Tips: • Align the pulley squarely on the motor shaft • Apply firm, even pressure or use gentle tapping to seat the pulley • Ensure the pulley is fully seated and secure before use
